"DISTINCTIVENESS" That's the word they used to describe this wine. I guess I'd have to agree. It is definitely unique! Four years later, this still holds up and shines! Paired with prosciutto pasta carbonara, it made for a great meal. With white flowers & lemon peel on the nose, the palate didn't disappoint, starring lemon zest, soft honey extract and a big zing of minerality. The soft mouthfeel was the cherry on top

Very crisp smell of crunchy apples. Smooth, creamy start on the tongue. Then a vaguely harsh feel at the back of the mouth. Soft but high acidity, med dry, needs a creamy food.
