DESCRIPTION
This is a fine white Burgundy using his Les Pimentiers vineyard fruit and three other parcels, all in Savigny Lès Beaune in the south of Côte de Beaune. With gentle oak and some malolactic fermentation to add breadth and creamy richness, this is an elegant wine.
It's from an excellent 5th generation family estate too and a great vintage. Ripe pear, peach and toasted nuts underscored by its bright minerality.
