of the Alpine Valley of Victoria.  Whole bunch pressed, racked with solids into old oak and left on lees for 8 months. Prominent flowery herbal tea notes, but not overpowering at all, elegantly subtle.

Quite a bit of honey, pears, but not sweet by any stretch. It has the right amount of texture that raises the body yet still drinkable on it's own.
