Intense golden yellow color. On the nose the aromas are intense, with hints of yellow flowers and fruit, hints of marzipan, caramel and salt.
On the palate it is warm, enveloping, soft with excellent freshness and flavor, elegant tannins. A wine of great persistence for a wonderful sensory experience.
It goes perfectly with first courses of vegetables, second courses of fish, semi-seasoned cheeses, to try with a baked sea bream with potatoes.
