Jean-Marc inherited some of the best vineyards of Puligny from his grandmother Etienne Sauzet and from that has built a reputation for producing wines that drink well young but age well too, and this beautiful white wine does exactly that.
A meditative experience that needs no food to be savoured.
The estate vineyards are planted on various prestigious appellations such as Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Meursault, Volnay and Pommard. On the palate there is super clean fruit, white peach and apple aromas and flavors and extremely well balanced.
