DESCRIPTION

The Medici Vineyard was planted in 1976 by Hal Medici and is consistent of Jory (Volcanic). The vineyard starts at 500ft of elevations and peaks at 900ft. and is farmed by J. Christopher.

Dark red. A highly perfumed bouquet evokes ripe red fruits and succulent flowers, and peppery spice and smoky mineral notes add complexity.

Silky, concentrated and focused, offering appealingly sweet raspberry, rose pastille and spicecake flavors that deepen as the wine opens up. Finishes long and spicy, with repeating red fruit and floral notes and sneaky tannins that add framework and gentle grip.
