Carefully polished the rice to 60% , it has a fruity fragrance, herbs and green notes in the background. Slightly sweet in the entrance perhaps dominated by the fragrance. Very soft umami in the mid palate with refreshing aftertaste.
Well balanced , clean. best to drink chilled or until room temperature. Very enjoyable to drink without food or with light flavored side dishes
