• Single malt Scotch whisky produced by Kilchoman Distillery in Islay, Scotland • Malted barley peated to 50 ppm • 85–90-hour fermentation • Twice distilled in Forsyths copper pot stills • Aged in a combination of shaved, toasted, re-charred (STR) ex-red wine casks, ex–Oloroso sherry butts, and ex–bourbon barrels; non-age statement • Fresh cherries, heather blossom, and intense peat smoke on the nose lead to toffee, vanilla, crumpets, butter, and honey on a silky palate • No added coloring • Non-chill filtered; 57% ABV The latest addition to Kilchoman’s core range of Islay single malts is aged in three distinct cask types, expertly blended and lightly proofed to marry the classic smoke and citrus of the distillery’s malt with rich fruit, dark spice, and salted caramel sweetness, resulting in a powerful, weighty dram that balances raw intensity with delicate finesse.
