The Irouleguy from Domaine Arretxea has a round nose of red fruits and spices, a fruity, round, greedy and sapid palate, with supple tannins in a harmonious and perfectly balanced register. Hand-picked, sorted, not crushed, maceration for 2 to 3 weeks.
Maceration, fermentation and maturing in concrete vats for 12 months.
