A Teroldego with an intense ruby ‹‹red color. On the nose notes of raspberry, boero in spirit, violet and spicy notes. On the palate it has a strong backbone, vigorous acidity with a persistent finish.
Great in combination with first courses, to try with boiled wild boar with polenta.
