DESCRIPTION

The Zolltrum Riesling 2020 from Immich-Batterieberg is a rich golden yellow with an exotic and yellow-fruity nose in the glass. In addition to the fruit aromas, there is also a fine spiciness. 

On the palate it is very rich and shines with opulence. The aftertaste is long and fruity. With a little air, the Zollturm by Gernot Kollmann is a perfect accompanying wine for Korean BBQ with its mixture of chili heat, garlic spice and umami.
