"Stralunato" is a white wine produced by the Il Torchio winery in the far east of Liguria. The light maceration on the skins for 4-5 days and the decanting carried out according to the phases of the moon make it a sincere and artisanal white wine, distinguished by a strong territorial imprint.
The taste is fresh, clean and slightly fleshy, with a bouquet of juicy citrus fruits, Mediterranean herbs and light mineral sensations. Wine made with old style artisanal methods
