Grape variety: Brachetto
Alcohol: 5.50 % vol.
Residual sugar: 130 g/l ± 10
The Brachetto grapes used for this selection come from the area around Acqui Terme, in the south-east of Alto Monferrato.
The different composition of the soils (rich with sand, lime and clay) transmits to the wine a unique expressive versatility, putting the hogh-lights on both finesse and elegance together with body and intensity. Due to the high content of sugar and strong aromatic burden transmitted by the biomolecules, Brachetto is distinguished by the unmistakable perfume of roses.
After a brief soft and a cold pressing, the must remains at a low temperature until the moment of fermentation which will make it naturally sparkling.
