• 100% Merlot • Silt and clay with marly limestone and calcareous sandstone • Made from a careful selection of the best Merlot grapes from one of estate’s top vineyards • Fermentation in small stainless-steel vats • Maceration on the skins over a period of two weeks managed with delicate délestage and pump overs • Malolactic fermentation in stainless-steel vats followed by aging in 300-liter French oak barriques for 16 months
