Aedes Etna Bianco I Custodi, natural wine, 100% Carricante, Pure Etna white, bursting with white fruits, apple skin crunch and bitterness on the finish. Aedes Etna Bianco is young so the acid and minerality of Carricante is very evident on the palate. This makes a superb fish white for pretty much anything from the sea.

That slightly bitter green olive grip on the finish makes it great with olive oil based veggie dishes. A delicious and easy white wine from this fantastic winery overseen by Etna wine Guru, Salvo Foti, ‘The Custodians of the Vines of Etna’, what a cool name.
