A vibrant nose of grapefruit, lemongrass and white plum, carries to the light-bodied palate. It's bright and zesty in feel, with crisp citrus and white fruit flavors that end on a delicate peppery note. 

The nose is bright, driven by lemon zest and toasted lime. The palate is smooth and creamy carried by a rich texture.
