Honoro Vera Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

This delicious wine is softly textured, full bodied, and well balanced. A ripely flavored wine with moderate depth and a long finish, tasting of plum, cherry, red licorice, and modest oak. Great value.

This is a relatively young and irrigated vineyard with moderate yields that produced a Cabernet that is drinkable and with more polished tannins than the Merlot, keeping the varietal herbal notes.
