A light-bodied, not-too-dry, mouthwatering white wine with notes of ripe orange, lemon, pear, green apple and cream. Pears well with light pastas, roast chicken, shrimp salad, and other seafood.
The aromas are barely a whisper, with notes of citrus and herb. It drinks dry with lightly concentrated fruit flavors. The variety seems hard to find.
