Adam 2020 displays a beautifully aromatic and complex nose of minty herbs, spices, whipped almond cream, tangerine, lime, bergamot, and smoke, as well as more apricot and yellow peach with airing. There is a very delicate, flowery, and juicy side coming through on the palate.

There is almost a feel of sweetness, yet the finish is very pure, spicy, and focused, and fully dry. The energy and intensity of the wine are perfectly packed into the silky and elegant side.
