This elegant white wine from Germany is vinified from the Riesling grape variety. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows at controlled temperatures.
It is best to drink this white wine from Germany well chilled at 8 - 10°C as an accompanying wine with spicy lamb curry, baked sheep's cheese parcels or spaghetti with caper and tomato sauce.
