A rich copper and amber colour. Highland Park 30 Year Old has spicy notes on the nose, with aromas of nutmeg and dark chocolate. A powerful and full flavoured on the palate with toffee, dark chocolate orange and peat.The finish is complex, rich, long and smoky. 30 years ago, the Master Distiller decided to lay down the casks that would go on to become the heart of this exceptional 30 Year Old whisky and over the decades, the whisky maturing inside them has developed an outstanding balance, with a seductive sweetness and extremely delicate smoke. A whisky to treasure, it will reward you with breath taking flavours: characteristics of fudge sweetness together with complex aromatic spices and dark chocolate orange. It has a dry finish, with a gentle smoky flavour and an incredibly lengthy finish.
