Herzog Cabernet Sauvignon Generation Viii Padis Vineyard 2016

This special edition is a celebration of two families sharing a passion for excellence. Herzog wines, perfectly associated with the famous Padis, eager to create the best Cabernet Sauvignon, took them to the slopes of Napa's Oak Knoll District.

 This wine is truly an exquisite example of the combination of the finest winemaking skills with beautifully cultivated and hand-selected cabernet sauvignon clusters from the vineyards of the Padis estate.The wine offers rich aromas of black cherry, tobacco and of cedar. On the palate, bold notes of ripe plum and black cherry blend into notes of toasted almond and vanilla.

 Serve with thick grilled steaks, a rich stew or dark chocolate.
