Mineral white with green apple & Meyer lemon on the nose & palate. Medium high acidity and more off dry than dry.
It has intense aromas of lemon tart , sweet peach, floral with strong mineral characteristic. There’s an interesting savoriness to it. Mouth watering citrus and a hard cheese element on the palate. The finish is nice and long with great acidity.
