Hawk and Horse Vineyards Block 3 Red Hills Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

This is a fun Cab Sauv that keeps revealing more and more as you taste and let the flavor linger. Initial aromas are of black cherry, black currant, cologne, toasted wood, coconut and a beachy-sandy earthiness.

The palate is driven by generous alcohol, modest acidity and a mouthful of tannins, alongside additional notes of clove, anise, black pepper and violets.
