The Blaufränkisch vines grow on clay with a meager layer of gravel. After selective manual harvesting, spontaneous mash fermentation follows in stainless steel with a standing time of three weeks. Malo and further maturation take place in large wooden barrels. 

Blackberries and blueberries in the glass. Spicy pepper along with deep aromas of chocolate and black cherry. Concise on the palate, well dosed power and wonderfully mellow tannin.
