100% Grüner Veltliner from the Kamptal (but because of the DAC – Districtus Austriae Controllatus law, it is not allowed to quote any Bag-in-Box as a Kamptal wine). The Selektion comes from different vineyards, all with different soils (granite, gneiss, schist and loess). The blend of vineyards differs from year to year.
The date of the harvest can vary from the middle of September to the middle of October. Fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks.
