Gutedel [Chasselas] 'Heugumber', Ziereisen 2018

This is dry, fresh, and alluring with the time on the fine yeast lees giving a doughy/yeasty and grilled nut nuance to the pear, citrus, hay and wet-stone characteristics.

This wine ages very easily for a few years but is absolutely delicious straight out of the blocks.
