Brilliant clean straw yellow in appearance. Powerful and intense aromas of white flowers, acacia honey and hawthorn blossom. The palate is rich and full-bodied. Fully expressive of the terroir which lends this Hermitage body and strength. Balance between a delicate and expressive nose and fleshy fruit on the palate underpinned y the powerful terroir.
Blend: 90 % Marsanne, 10 % Roussanne.
This wine is an ideal pairing to flavorful dishes, lobster thermidor, veal with morel mushrooms.
