Palest gold, almost colorless in the glass, this wine smells of baked apple and quince paste. In the mouth flavors of apple and quince have a silky texture to them and excellent acidity that gives the spicy lemongrass kick at the end of the wine a nice lift.
Quite pretty and very true to varietal form. 13% alcohol. 200 cases produced.
