A light, refreshing food friendly Grüner Veltiner made using grapes sourced from across the Hirsch estates. Bright yellow in hue, with subtle spiciness with delicate mineral notes on the nose.
The palate gives ripe orchard fruit and citrus, with bright and with a lingering aftertaste with a stony edge. Incredibly versatile and food friendly, this wine pairs perfectly with roasted white meats and poultry, as well as grilled vegetables and asparagus.
