Gruner Veltliner 'Hefeabzug', Nikolaihof 2021

The indigenous grape called Gruner Veltliner produces crisp, light to medium bodied wines that offer warm white pepper and lots of mineral stone.

This is an excellent example of the classic style from Wachau, rich, medium-bodied wine with aromas of pecorino, limestone, and white pepper.
