Nose: fresh yellow apple, lime zest, meadow herbs and fresh white fruit. Pure plums, nectarines, sage, thyme and a delicate chalky note in the background.

Tongue: juicy yet fine and elegant. Due to the well-integrated acidity as well as the fine citrus-exotic fruit, the wine is versatile.

Pairing recommendation: It functions as an ideal companion to the traditional cuisine of Austria. A real drinking pleasure with a long finish.
