• 100% Grenache Blanc • Sourced from vineyards planted on granite soil in the Paardeberg, Voor-Paardeberg and Stellenbosch • Hand harvested • 2-day cold soak • Fermented with indigenous yeast but there is no contact • Gently pressed using a Vaslin basket press, followed by a 24-hour settling period before racking to older French oak barrels • 100% malolactic fermentation • Aged for 10 months in old French oak • Bottled unfined
