DESCRIPTION
The 2021 Grenache Besson Vineyard is all varietal from a vineyard in Santa Clara County. Solid aromatics of peppery herbs, leather, loamy soil, and graphite give way to a medium-bodied wine offering solid fruit, a firm, focused mouthfeel, and good length.
As with all of these reds, it comes closer to a Pinot Noir than a Grenache in style, yet it has plenty of structure.
