Merlot 60% Cabernet Sauvignon 25% Cabernet Franc 15%

A bright deep red colour, aromas of ripe fruits, vanilla and citrus with hint of forest floor. the wine has an excellent tanning structure, sign of good aging ability.  This wine is excellent with both red and white meats, and cheese.
