IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS
Color: Pink salmonAroma: The bouquet suggests strawberries, raspberries and blackcurrantPalate: Refreshing, creamy and well balanced with a hint of red fruits and fine bubbles
Juices are carefully selected for pressing, and the choice of yeasts is among the finest. As tradition imposes fermentation is slow and in a bottle. Gratien & Meyer makes a conscious decision not to use malolactic fermentation in the production of its cremants. Lees aging is 18 months. Gratien & Meyer ages the wine in bottles for two years. The brilliant pink color comes from a short maceration of Cabernet Franc.
