Fresh, very elegant blend of Grolleau, Cabernet Franc and Gamay.The style is very precise, fresh, and very pure.From an average of 50 year old sticks on a calcareous clay soil, this wine is fermented in used barriques, where it also matures for about 8 months.
No sulphite is used during the aging, a minimal amount is added during bottling.The wine has not been filtered or clarified.
