A light yellow topaz hue, with grassy, herbacious aromas; crisp, flinty herbs and tropical fruit, with a zesty acidity into a lingering finish.
Typical green grass and citrus pith I've come to expect and love from NZ SB... nothing different, just smoother. And it is good.
The kosher edition. Floral, minerality, grsssy, lemon, grapwefuit, lime, tropical fruits. A nice acidity for a long finish.
