There is no mistaking Cabernet’s blackcurrant scent. Like many monarchs, Cabernet Sauvignon is thick-skinned, providing all the character of colour, tannin and aroma. This wine has a deep crimson appearance and offers a rich bouquet of dark chocolate, along with primary fruits like blueberries and blackberries. These flavor profiles are carried through to the palate, with balanced oak, hints of cedar and some tobacco leaf. It will age exceptionally well.
Each year the vineyards that produce fruit of great depths and concentration are selected for this prestigious wine.
