Gimonnet-Gonet Champagne Brut Tradition

Cuvée Brut Tradition is the most fruity of all our champagnes because it is the only one made with a significant proportion of black grapes: in fact 50% of the blend is Pinot Noir, the remaining 50% being Chardonnay.

Chardonnay is the least-planted grape variety in Champagne so the 50% in Cuvée Brut Tradition is above average and brings this champagne a distinctive finesse.
