Ghost Corner Sauvignon Blanc 2022 is a white wine from Elim, South Africa.It has 13% alcohol, 2.45 g/l sugar, 6.6 g/l total acidity.
A vibrant Sauvignon blanc with lemon grass, white blossom, gooseberry and asparagus coming through. A wine showing great minerality and balance on palate with loads of concentration in flavour that lingers with a creamy finish.
Pair it with a caramelised onion flan with goat’s milk cheese. Brilliant with green asparagus and hollandaise sauce or pan-fried veal or chicken with caper butter sauce.
