The wine is a harmonious balance of dark red fruit and hints of raspberries, all set against a rustic backdrop of earthy mushroom notes.
Wine is characterised by depth and fruit lushness framed by a delicious minerality. A slight hint of iron from the red clay soil. De-stemmed, indienous yeast and aged in barrel (50% New French Oak).
