• 100% Pinot Noir • A fantasitic lieu-dit located just below 1er Cru Champeaux in the northern section of Gevrey • 0.33 ha parcel • 65+ year old vines • East facing slope • Cooler site, near the entrance to the Combe de Lavaux • Limestone soils • De-stemmed • 18-21 day fermentation and maceration in stainless steel, with mostly pump overs • Indigenous yeast • Aged in barrel (40% new) for 18 months
