Gerard Bertrand Rose Clos du Temple 2018

A very clever blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Viognier and Mourvedre, with the white grape co-fermented with the reds, followed by a 6 month maturation in new French oak. Fresh rose flower aromas entice the nose and are followed on the palate by ripe apricots and white peach.

Crystal rosé, salmon, super clear, bright, nice tears. Apricot, mineral, red fruit, spicy, green notes, thyme, rosemary, light oak. Great silky entrance, smooth, great acidity, perfectly balanced, elegant, subtle, long suite. Iconic.
