Chateau l’Hospitalet is one of the idols in Gerard Betrand’s portfolio. There he is headquartered and there he holds an annual jazz festival that attracts world-renowned musicians. The property is in the hills just east of the city of Narbonne and stretching the acres towards the Mediterranean.
All around, the acres are surrounded by rocks (the area is even called La Clape) covered with garrigue vegetation, wild rosemary bushes and other low-key vegetation that survives in this dry and barren environment.
