• 100% Nebbiolo from the estate’s single vineyard monopole ‘Osso San Grato’ cru at 500 meters above sea level • 5 hectares of 60-year-old vines planted to volcanic soil • Spontaneous fermentation with maceration lasts 18 days • Fermented in cement • Aged in 36 months in 25-30 hectoliter Slavonian or French oak casks • Aged one year in bottle prior to release • 400 cases produced annually
