DESCRIPTION
The palette is juicy, supple and with a nice presence of flattering soft tannins that balance on a pinch. Subtle, elegant and extremely easy to drink – without being anywhere near simplistic. The wine is aged for one year in steel casks, after which it is bottled.
The fermentation takes place with spontaneous yeast and with natural stabilization. This has meant that Giovanni has thrown himself into something completely new. Namely red wines. One Pinot Nero and one Valpolicella Rosso – both natural wines and fantastically charming.
