Americano Gancia, ithe firey red of sunset in the authentic garden of fragrances, the stimulating wormwood and strong gentian, the sweet and bitter taste of orange with all the freshness and magic of wine and oriental spices. Straight or as a base for elaborate cocktails, Americano Gancia is an inalienable appointment for the lovers of classic aperitifis.Ideal before meals and in all occasions as an aperitif with a bitter taste. It can be served with the addition of ice to exhalt the freshness or mixed with soda, sparkling wine or fruit juice to create fabulous and interesting cocktails.Divided into three phases. The most neural wines are chosen which are better amalgamated with the herbs and spices selected for mixing. The herbs, some local (woodworm, cerea, sweet and bitter orange) and some exotic (cinnamon, sandalwood, cloves, nutmeg, china bark), are chosen and amalgamated to obtain a liquid with an alcohol content of 30°. This liquid is then mixed to the wine with sugar and extacts, filtering and refining in tanks. After this the product is tasted and bottled.
