The pink GM by Gabriel Meffre offers a very elegant and luminous dress, rose petal color. The nose of this Côtes de Provence is fresh and delicate with notes of currant and grenadine. Smooth and lively palate with sweet flavors of English candy on notes of red berries. The vineyards at the foot of the majestic Sainte-Victoire are protected from the excesses of the Mistral and the rigors of winter by this rocky barrier. The soil is clay-limestone with pebbles, part of which is in hillside or "restanque". They enjoy a Mediterranean climate, tempered by an altitude of about 300 m.
Located at the foot of the Mount Sainte Victoire, near Aix en Provence, the vines are protected from the Mistral wind and harsh winter conditions. They grow in a privileged environment to elaborate a very elegant and expressive rosé.
