Made by G is a sparkling red wine made from 100% Gamay in the methode ancestral, where the first part of fermentation occurs in tank and the second part in bottle (also known as a Pétillant Naturel).
The wine has a dark ruby color with aromas of sweet berry fruits. On the palate the wines has a point of sweetness that is beautifully balanced by a bright acidity. Enjoy as an aperitif or pair with fried chicken or turkey sandwiches.
